The UCC21710QDWEVM-025 is a low-cost isolated gate driver board from Texas Instruments providing all the drive, bias, DESAT protection, and active Miller clamp needed to evaluate any SiC MOSFET.

  • Recommended gate voltage: +18V / −5V for optimal performance
